“Without a doubt, this has been the most impactful thing I’ve done for myself.”

From the very first session, I felt an immediate and powerful shift. As the process continued, the changes became more subtle, and it took me a while to fully recognize just how much had shifted. One of the biggest realizations was that my ongoing negative inner dialogue had mostly disappeared—I hadn’t even noticed its absence at first, but when I did, it was a profound moment.

I feel much more at ease in social situations, with a greater ability to understand others on a deeper level. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in impulsive behaviors, especially around food—binging on snacks is no longer a default reaction for me. Even moments of idle downtime, which used to feel restless or unproductive, are now genuinely enjoyable.

The structure of the program is incredibly well thought out and easy to follow, making it both accessible and deeply effective. Without a doubt, this has been the most impactful thing I’ve done for myself.

I found the shifting sessions to be very valuable.

I had some amazing and fun experiences during the meditations, however the primary value to me was how my awareness became integrated. It’s not hard to have a great meditation session, but it was hard for me to carry that feeling and intention into my day, and throughout the day.

After the shifting sessions I was better able to tap into aspects of peace and love that I experience during meditation, but while in traffic or standing in line at the DMV. This was what I wanted all along.

For the last few years I've been on a crazy adventure with long covid, which has provided a great lesson on the power of the nervous system. One of the key pillars of my slow-but-sure, yearslong recovery has been a process of learning to manage my nervous system.

I am familiar with the works of Porges and Levine, among others that are cited as being scientifically foundational to Guided Shifting, but in my opinion this is a significant practical improvement on other tools based on their work.
