Some important information before you begin
Decide if this is right for you now:
If you want more peace, presence and flow in life, and if you’re interested in inner healing and growth, then this is for you. And while Guided Shifting is not a replacement for effective therapy and coaching, it appears to be a powerful accelerator for deep inner work.
If fear and adrenaline are your fuel and you don’t want that to change, OR now is not a good time for inner work, OR you have a significant trauma background but are not currently able to get additional therapeutic support if needed, OR you are currently experiencing challenging psychiatric conditions that are making it difficult to live life now, then Guided Shifting is not right for you now.
Here’s what an individual guided shifting session looks like:
Each shifting session is 90m long and feels similar to a guided meditation. You can experience them whenever you’d like, as long as you are in a quiet, comfortable, distraction-free space where you will not be interrupted during the session. You will have the videos playing in front of you, ideally on a computer or tablet, but a phone is okay, too. All you need to do is follow the instructions. The sessions are gentle and simple: no meditation experience required, and no psychedelics are involved. Each session has at least one break if you need to go to the restroom or if you feel like ending the session early. I recommend budgeting some time after each session to relax and soak in the way you’re feeling.
Here’s how the entire shifting journey unfolds:
There are 6 phases in the complete shifting journey, and each phase is about 2-5 sessions total. Your speed and commitment through these phases can be whatever you’d like: for example, you can try a session or two in Phase 1 and choose to be done. You can do 1-3 sessions a week, or you can space them out far apart (by weeks or months). You can complete all the phases, or stop somewhere along the way. You can also reverse a shift if you don’t like the way life feels after a session.
The general rhythm is to experience a shifting session and then observe what changes start to automatically occur across all aspects of your life. You don’t need to do any additional practices to sustain where you’re at. You shift your baseline, and then you live from that new baseline.

Complete Your Baseline Discovery Session
This session will last about an hour and will guide you through some deep reflection questions. Your responses will be emailed to you. By the end of the session, you will have uncovered two things:
Your Nervous System Baseline: an understanding of the current state of your nervous system’s responses to various situations. With this knowledge, you’ll be ready to observe the changes the shifting sessions have on your day-to-day lived experience.
Your Top Growth and Healing Goals: a clear articulation of the most powerful goals for your development. As the shifting sessions unfold, you will observe the progress you’re automatically making towards these goals.
After completing your baseline discovery session, you are ready for Phase 1.
